  • It's a really strong message with starks contrasts within it. The smile on the woman's face is humbling.

  • sorry I meant to vote 5 stars but it didn't work!
This image is a great example for young adults. Everyone, no matter what religion should be aware of Amnesty International and should try to promote human rights.
    GREAT WORK!

  • Congratulations Rebekka. We DO need this kind of images to truly understand the main point of the issue. I think government has a lot of questions to answer in your country as well as in any other country for homeless people. Unfortunely, it seems that government sometimes think that a nice speech full of promises to be applied in a long term run will help this people to "hang in there" before their death.

  • Awesome work Rebekka. It shows that you've really thought about the subject matter and interpreted it in a way which really stands out and rings alarm bells.

  • Everyone has the right to...food, clothing, housing and medical care... (Article 25, UDHR). My deepest respect goes out Rebekkah Hermo for flagging up one of the demands which is still so horribly far from being met. I have worked among people who are without a home, and have even briefly been homeless myself, but have been fortunate. Not so fortunate are the many people; longstanding British citizens, migrant workers, and people fleeing persecution, who will spend another night of abject misery in my home town. How poignant, that it takes a 15 year old to show the face of compassion to us all.
