Especially important. Rape in these regions, I would guess, is sometimes linked with severe mental disorders and HIV. This is absolutely abhorrent, because aswell as women being shaken up to a degree which is totally unacceptable, there is the problem of chilren being born with HIV. An exacerbation of a terrible problem.

When I hear about situations like this it makes me so sad that people have become so desperate and wreckless.
