View all comments (2 more)The Court of Appeal of Agadir decided Thursday to grant the bail to the bloguor Mohamed Erraji, condemned Monday in first firm authority at two years of prison for failure with the respect of to the person of the King and the royal family.
The Court justified its decision by the fact that the continuation did not respect certain basic procedural provisions envisaged by the code of the press, in particular nonthe respect of the procedure of sasine of the court and the direct periods of notice.
The parquet floor had announced, at the time of the meeting of this Thursday morning, which it did not have of objection so that the bail is granted to the defendant Mohamed Erraji.
